Faculty Mentoring and Development

Faculty Mentoring

All junior faculty in the School of Engineering & Applied Science are assigned a formal senior faculty mentor in their department.  Your department chair will be in touch regarding your assigned mentor and it is expected that your mentor meet with you regularly and at minimum once per semester.

Faculty are encouraged to establish informal relationships with other senior faculty both within and outside of their home department.
